TP - LOL - no one expected them to go far in the playoffs? What effing planet do you live on?? The pats were the odds on favorite to win the Super Bowl by a LARGE MARGIN at the beginning of the season. By contrast, many did not even expect the colts to make the playoffs and then things got worse with immediate defensive and offensive losses, and yet the colts still managed to get to the superbowl. No one exceeded expectations this year like the colts did. Yes, the SB hurt, but its better than a first round loss. As for the colts travel itenerary and how they arrive and leave the airport, you can have your uninformed opinion. It doesn't bother me.

Underdoggg - again with the disingenuousness - while it is true that the Pats were the pre training camp Las Vegas favorite to win the Super Bowl this year, by the time the playoffs rolled around we honest Patriot fans knew that they were not serious contenders for the title - you keep posting this same nonsense, come on Underdoggg let's keep it real - or are you going to seriously argue that you felt the Patriots were legit contenders, especially after Welker got hurt( and that is not an excuse, in my view they weren't contenders before he got hurt, but a Patriot fan could dream until that happened)

Did Sunday night at Jugheads choke, again Tuesday to the music of the Saint victory parade, and will again tonight watching the replay on NFL network. Watching Jughead crash and burn NEVER gets old.......

RESPONSE: LOL!!!! Is that the best you can do, Dogg(g)? Colts fans, yourself included, are front runners. But, maybe you're right. Maybe the Colts snuck back into Indy during the dead of night...just as they arrived when they fled Baltimore. Maybe Bill Polian decided to shield his team from a traumatic experience of being greteted by a sparse crowd at the airport. But, oh, sorry...they still were. Perhaps Polian should have rested his players an extra week in Miami before trying to return home, under the radar...LOL!!
Tex - This is the clue as to why only 11 fans showed up. Polian sat the starter fans.

LOL
As I recall being a Gambling Man The Pats were 8-1 in the preseason to win the Superbowl. That isn't even close to being a prohibitive favorite such as the 4 -1 odds they received after winning their last superbowl. The Colts were the 2nd favorite along with Pittsburgh, the Giants and the Cowboys at 10-1.
I don't anyone that thought the Colts wouldn't make the playoffs and I doubt you do either unless they were complete Colt Haters. If any of those teams won the Superbowl it would have been expected right through the season.
I personally bet the Pats and the Colts before the season started so it's pretty hard to forget. By the way as you always remind everyone on the betting lines, That only reflects where they expect the money to come in from and that line changed drastically by week 4 of the season when the Pats started showing their true colors. The General consensus by the Prognosticators before the season is that there were about a half a dozen teams that were all a toss up to go all the way last year.I have a feeling you already know this but I'll attach a link to the preseason odds anyway. But Honestly Dogg. Please!

TP - if you believe your own crap, I feel sorry for you. I didn't mention at the start of the playoffs, I mentioned at the start of the season. Regardless, the pats should have been able to recover from the Welker loss. The colts were playing with without Gonzalez all season and DPOY bob sanders. And, no the colts were not superbowl favorites when the playoffs started. Even you (as did everyone else) said the Chargers were the Favorites. No one should take you seriously. You're a master baiter just like root. QB - I am real and you even agreed. At the start of the season the pats were the odds on favorites to win the SB.

ud, What a ridiculous argument. When the season is over and the playoffs begin, the predictions from the beginning of the season are not relevant. Tryin to make them so to "prove" your point just makes you look more and more ridiculous. They are about as relevant as this week's odds for next years SB (which have the colts as front-runners)
By the way, here is one sportsbook from the beginning of the Divisional round this year. Note the favorite (hint: IT wasn't the Chargers.)
| Indianapolis Colts | 11/4 |
| San Diego Chargers | 7/2 |
| New Orleans Saints | 4/1 |
| Dallas Cowboys | 13/2 |
| Minnesota Vikings | 6/1 |
| Baltimore Ravens | 12/1 |
| Arizona Cardinals | 14/1 |
| New York Jets | 18/1

Why are this (and every) year's loser next year's favorite?
