I don't understand what you want him to say? Haynesworth didn't work out so they cut him loose for a minimal loss and Ellis was just a depth guy, in hindsight it was a waste of money. At least they don't draft top 10 busts.

So, Im guessing your Jets didn't choke twice when they made it to the conference championship game? oh wait they did have two superbowl appearances back-to-back right? or they really CHOKED TWICE to make it to the big game? I've heard players saying they'd rather loose in the superbowl than to loose the conference championship game ( It's so close to the promise land and yet you don't make it).  And from what I remember the jets had top 5 D those two years, who choked those two years the O or your vaunted D? I'm guessing your vaunted D choked since they let the other team score more points than the jets O.

    Pathetic.
Or a rookie wage scale...
    Posted by Brady2Moss07
We have a winner! BB would trade a #1 for two #2's in the past because the risk-reward of picking in the first round was too great $$$ wise.

With a wage scale, the risk of the #1 busting is lower. So now the value is higher lower in draft than it was under the old CBA.

    New rules, new tactics...

By the way, I like Coples but thought that Ingram would have been their pick. San Diego with a steal at 18.

Because they didn't stop the other team from scoring, same thing happened to the patriots D, they couldn't prevent a scoring drive from the opposing team. Is that simple. What wins you games are points allowed, not yards allowed. Granted the % of scoring when you give up as many yards as the pats D did is much higher than say a D that doesn't give up too many yards. But the bottom line is, points wins you games . You can not sit there and say that the patriots choked, you're also taking credits away from the other team that made the plays when they need it them. You win some you lose some, the jets had their chance to go to the superbowl twice in a row and they didn't cash in. Did they choke? or the other team just made more plays than them?

You'd be better off trying to explain nuclear physics to a two year old. The little Jets troll isn't looking for discussion he's just compensating for his tiny manhood by being an internet punk.

I don't understand how Jets fan can come to this forum and start bashing a team that went to the SuperBowl last year when the Jets cant even make the playoffs. How can that Jets fan be critical of the #2 team last year when his team didn't make the playoffs. What draft picks, roster moves, free agent signings have benefited the Jets better than even the Patriots free agent busts? Isn't this sort of like Ryan Leaf talking smack about Joe Montana?
    Just ignore him...
