Be Prepared to be shocked by the Pats draft

Every year the Pats shock everyone with their draft moves and picks. They are never as predicted, and everybody has fit. Logan Mankins anyone? Trading out of the first round countless times, it seems. Drafting Watson when we already had Graham. I can't wait to see what BB does tonight to cause Patriot Nation to have a hissy fit and question his drafting..... -

you know the more I hear about the Bronco's wanting to trade back out of the #11 pick and that the seem to love Tebow would it be out of question for them to move back to the mid to late teens grabbing Bryant while picking up an extra 2nd then packaging the #43 and #45 and shipping them to the Pats for #22 and grabbing Tebow? I don't think BB can tun down a deal like that. -

I am not interested in Tebow, I say let someone else transform him into an NFL player, but he does seem to be a BB and Kraft-style player (so of course McDaniels loves him). I think the Patriots have needs for everydown players, not gimmick players who might be ready to really contribute in a couple years. BUT, they did turn Edelman into a receiver quite quickly. But BB does love the second round. Would that give us 5 second round picks? INteresting. -

Yeah that would, if McDaniels really wants Tebow and is willing to trade #43 and #45 that would give us picks 43, 44, 45, 47, 53 which would be nuts. That's right in the range that BB loves too so I could see it happening.
I wouldn't mind a draft of
43 - Hughes
44 - Williams
45 - Houston
47 - J Graham
53 - Veldheer
Now that would be one heck of a draft -

If I'm prepared to be shocked, then in order to shock me, the Pats would have to do something that isn't shocking -- which would then become shocking because I wasn't prepared for it because it wasn't shocking, and I was prepared to be shocked . . . so . . .
wait . . .
my head is starting to hurt. -

Tim Tebow at 22 haha...I just hope the Pats actually take someone with the 22nd pick just cuz this draft is so deep... -

I heard two draft experts in ESPN radio interviews (this afternoon) say that there's a good chance the Pats move up in the first round. They also predicted much movement after the tenth pick. We'll see. -

This is a very deep draft so if you could grab a Den who has 2 2nds and is looking for a QB to trade up to #22 for CLausen or Tebow that would be great. I'd take 4 picks from 43-47 and still have #53 in this draft anyday. Talk about filling holes that would be like a fireman rush of talent into the holes we have. -

I'd rather:
43: Rob Gronkowski
44: Koa Misi (I don't see Hughes falling far out of the first round, if that)
45: Ben Tate
47: Tyson Alualu
53: Jason Worilds -

I love how all of the press is taking Belichick's word that the second round is where it's at... All over the press from his Sirius interview, but honestly is there a better platform to throw people off the scent of what you're really up to?!?! BOOM, I think we trade up for a bigtime playmaker! (not sure who though, I just like the concept) -

for #35 and #42, do they need someone to drive down to Tampa to get the signed paperwork? I would do that trade in a heartbeat -

The Pats don't need to do Buffalo any favors -- division rival.
However, I could see the Tampa deal. We'll see who bids highest at #22 -

I'd rather have #41 and their 1st next year. You could have 2 picks in the top 10 then -
