The tackling and the play of the front-7 was absolutely horrid. Let's hope it's just some rust from the bye... They have been consistent in terms of tackling and run-defense up to this point, so I'm hoping that this was their one-stinker for the season.
Now the secondary on the other hand -- they're bad, and have been consistently bad. Let's hope Talib helps, and let's hope that Belichick and Patricia get more aggressive in terms of play-calling and blitzing.
Dude they got burned on two TDs by blitzing.
Here is the thing about blitzing ... you need CBs and Safeties that can actually cover for a hot second or else you get burned half the time.

They turn the ball over against EVERYONE.What depresses me is that they only score an average 22.5 per game against all other teams coming into this game -- of course if you take away the time they scored 29(!!) against NE before, they score even less.
31 points, almost losing despite a PERFECT offensive showing.
It would have been the Ravens game all over again, another opportunity lost.
