If sucking were an injury BB would have to list the entire Defense since none of them know how to make a play when the game is on the line.

Stop it silly, everyone in the know is in agreement that Josh and BB have been the Offensive Albatross this year.  Try again.  BB decide to call one more play at the end of the half instead of kicking a FG but feel free to blame Brady, Coco.

Actually, they did on the drive before the one where the Pats offense looked horrendous trying to get a 1st down, failing again to ice the game.

Do you watch the entire game or do you just watch the highlights? It doesn't matter if it's Baltimore or in Seattle, the offense STUNK in the second half, doing literally nothing in the 4th qtr. You can't win on the road like that. Most educated fans would concede this.

Bad QB play and bad offense on the road losing momentum is a baaaaaad.  Repeat after me.  Blow up doll with a #12 on it....weird.  Consistent offense over 4 qtrs.....goood.

Try it T-Cal or go back to the video games.
How many points does Brady have to put them ahead to ice the game?  20? 30? 45?

How many other QB's have to be up by 21 late in the 4th to win every single game?

Offenses that get blown out consistantly, suck. They are often ranked last in the league.

Defenses that can't hold a 2 score lead late in the 4th, consistantly, suck. They are often ranked last in the league and occasionally, rated THE WORST OF ALL TIMES.

    Get it?

NO, I don't get it. Allowing 10 points the whole game, then 17, then waiting for our team to ice it on offene on the 25th chance has nothing to do with Tavon Wilson making a mistake as a rookie.

That Pats front 7 is a brick wall.  Lynch leads the NFL in rushing and did nothing. We, meanwhile, don't run it all after running amuck for 2 straight games because your boyfriend wants it to be about what makes him more comfortable.

You;re making a fool of yourself, not honest about Brady and his shotgun spread problems against good D's.

You also clearly haven't been watching football long if you think this D is worse than dozens of horrendous Ds in NFL history.

Your drama is just a way to deflect from the horrendous play of Brady. I just saw MIke Reiss on All Access finally admit that yeah, it's about Brady too.  It's about Brady. Finally. Someone in the media in Boston speaks up.

Groundings, INTs, lack of focus, bad decisions, etc. Tune in and wake up like some of us.

You think we don't need a run game after we just ran for 200 yards back to back, because you want to see Brady throw to entertain your simple football mind.
So when looking at the defense you just ignore the fact they let a rookie QB who has a QB rating of 69.5 in his other 6 starts, but up a 133.7 on them? That they gave up 197 yards on 14 plays in the 4th quarter...

The offense had a bad game, but the defense gave up 24 to a team average less than 17 per game. The defense needs to be better than that.

The offense and defense were actually fundementally good in the Seattle game. Thats what made the game remarkable.

2 really bad lapses by the D cost 14 points.

3 really bad laspes by the offense cost 21 points.

Wipe those out and we would be toasting the Pats as clear AFC front runners after a tremendous drubbing of the formerly second best defensive team in the NFL.

Just last week the Bills were caught not listing an injury on the report.

Now, just this week, John Harbaugh in Baltimore has also cheated in hopes of protecting how hurt Ed Reed is. This came after Reed went on a radio show to make excuses as to why he and the D down in Baltimore forgot how to tackle. lmao

Let's see how consistent ol' ROgie is upholding his own rules.

It doesn't matter if Harbaugh thinks guys have injuries like Reed's or not. You have to report anything of concern as league rules indicate. People mock BB and sometimes he probably does over-extend it a bit, but you can't not report injuries per NFL rules.

    It's just a fact.

Look, if the point is that everyone singles out the PAtriots in these matters, you are correct..or should I say were correct. All has to do with success. LEts hope it keeps coming.

Agree, but which one is the root? It's the offense, not the D!
Both

    The seattle offense started strong.

When the Pats offense started to score every drive the Seattle offense was clearly rattled, knowing they could not keep up and started making mistakes. They started playing not to lose possesion which is easier to defend.

When the offense stared to throw interceptions, stall in the red zone etc...the Seattle offense was no doubt energized and started playing to win.

Then, for some reason the PAts offense started to play just to preserve the two scores instead of going for the jugula further enrgizing the Seattle offense which started taking chances with deep balls and maing a comeback.

The Pats defense of course did not defend well against the one play that they needed to...up to that point I blame the offense for the entire debacle. The defense however could have bailed them out easily...make just one of two stops...or even force the Seattle offense to eat up clock time...so the defense shares the blame.

The offense was going against the number 2 defense in the NFL. The defense was trying to stop the second worst offense in the NFL.

Carroll outcoached Belichick. Plain and simple. The Seahawks took advantages of the Patriots weaknesses and the Patriots were not able to stop them. When Seattle saw Ebner and Wilson in at the safeties, they decided their rookie QB was better than our rookie DBs and they were correct.

No doubt the PAts were outcoached on the field.

Also, seems like the emphasis on being mistake free is not as crisp as it used to be.

No, no, no. Brady prefers the shotgun and we never tried to run.

    FAIL

That's not BB. THat's BB entrusting Brady to pass through it and win it.

1/6 in the red zone, dude? Really? You're defending this???  Tom Brady is 1/6 in the red zone not capable of avoiding a grounding, an INT, and a myriad of other horrendous moves and this is still on our defense?

What does our D have to do with our offense going 1/6 in the red zone?

Carroll didn't do anything.  Tom Brady was awful.
So ultimately the offense this team runs is not up to the head coach? Do you really think that BB does not have the power on this team to tell McDaniels and Brady to line up under center?

When you hold a team to 10 points below their season average, you have to be doing something right on defense. Carroll took a defense that was 25th when he got there and currently has them second in the NFL. Over the same span, the Patriots defense has gotten worse.

You are correct, our defense had nothing to do the Patriots being 1/6 in the Red Zone, and that is the point. Seattle's defense had something to do with it. That is what good defenses do. You probably don't recognize it because it has been so long that we Patriot's fans have gotten to watch a consistently good defense play.

On the other side of the ball, the Patriots defense could not stop Seattle. 14 yards per play in the 4th quarter - how can you possibly defend that as "good enough" defense?

Brady had a bad game. Do you remember when the Patriots defense good make good quarterbacks look bad? In Super Bowl 36 that Patriots held a Rams offense that average over 31 points per game to 17 points, that is what good defenses do! On Sunday, the Patriots allowed a Seattle team averaging less than 17 points per game to score 24, that is what bad defenses do.
