I think all the Patriots wins are far more impressive than the Jets wins.  Didn't it take OT for your Jets to beat the Lions?  Meanwhile the Patriots waxed them.  Oh and the Jets scored 0 points against Green Bay.  Great offense you got there.

Come back when the Jets look impressive in a win and most did not see the other team implode late in a game to grab defeat from the jaws of victory.  Against the Bengals, TWO plays turned that game around in the second half, the "grazed" helmet punt and the KO return.  Wonder what the second half would have been like if Plamer did not throw two INTs while the Bengals were driving in Jets territory in the first half?
In Response to Re: Bills Head into OT vs Steelers : Of course.. there is an excuse for everything.  Lets take your excuses and move them over. The Jets lost to the Ravens when the Ravens were playing a whole lot better.  The Jets beat the Lions when Stafford was playing.  The patsies were getting beat by their backup in the 3rd qtr.  NE barely squeaked by the Chargers who were 2-4 at the time. NE only beat Indy because instead of kicking the FG and beating NE in OT (Indy was clearly the better team), Manning threw a horrible pass. Must've been luck right?  Not only that, but Indy got crushed by the Chargers and the Steelers nearly lost to the Bills, I guess neither of those wins are very impressive. You are such a homer.  The Jets have only lost 2 two good teams... end of story.  The patsies were smoked by the Jets, shutting down the offense that had scored abut 40 the week before and the two weeks after.  We really don't need to go into the dismantling at the hands of the Browns.  Clearly that team is as likley to lose to a poor team as beat a good one. Hey jackazz, 9-2 is 9-2, no matter what kind of lameazz excuses you want to put out there.
    Posted by PhatRex
So by your logic, if the Jets lose to the Steelers in a couple of weeks does that elevate the Steelers back to being a good team.  As a result the win by the Patriots is again impressive?  I'll make it real easy for you.  Both team are 9-2 going into next Monday's game.  Past results and common games have nothing to do with the outcome of the upcoming game.  I'm sure the Jets will be ready for this one, because it is an away game against the best opponent they will have faced on the road all year.

Rex is always desperate to prove the Jets haven't been making a living from playing at the children's table. Personally I'd like to see them win the division so next season they can play an man's schedule. The last time they did that they ended up in 3rd.

    lol

Apparently, losing by 7 points in the second half, only to see a late TD by NY in Week 2 was getting "smoked".

    lol!

Getting "smoked" is absolutely pasting NY off the field last year in Foxborough with Hair Gel looking like a deer in the headlights, throwing 3 INTs, one a pick 6, and the 31-14 final score, in no way representative of that beatdown.

    That's getting "smoked".

It's so comical to me what Jets fans get excited about every year. It's always when they manage to hold serve against NE in New Jersey.

    Just pathetic.
In Response to Re: Bills Head into OT vs Steelers : That's one way of looking at it.  Of course the other way is that the patsies gave up 21 unanswered points after leading 14-7 while TB suffered one of his worst days of the season and the Jets held one of the NFLs best offenses to 1/2 of it's normal offensive output all the while the great half time adjuster BB, failed to make any adjustments and was outcoached by a second year coach.  I know that you want to believe that Sanchez is the same QB that played last year, but he clearly is not, not to mention, the greatly improved receiving corps.  Unlike Brady, Sanchez played in his rookie year and has already had more success than Brady at this point in his career (unless sitting on the bench is something you consider success).

Let us know when the Jets actually play in and win the Super Bowl. Because until then you and all your Jets troll friends are just blowing smoke up your own azzes.

    Dear Overweight NJ Native,

Yes, let's compare Brady being drafted and slotted behind Drew Bledsoe with an enormous contract, and pretend that makes sense with the desperate Jets trading up for a USC QB who never played past his freshman year in college, but was deemed the golden boy right out of the draft.

Yes, those two comparisons are equal. lol

Sanchez is the 4th overall pick and wears a color chart to help him decipher plays.

He gets fined at practice for moping like a girl.

He is the only QB to ever not even get his team into FG range off a Bye week at home in NFL HISTORY.

    MAJOR FAIL

Maybe he should have put the karaoke mic down and left the hair gel at home that week?

Again, your whole life as a Jets fan is to watch all your division opponents go to and win SBs.

    1. Miami (1970s)
    2. Buffalo (went to 4 straight (1990s).
    3. NE went to one in 1985, embarrassing a cocky Jets team in New Jersey, going to one in 1996 and obviously forming a dynasty that you could only dream of.

This explains your anger and bitterness and why a Week 2 game against the bellweather franchise makes your entire season.  We get it.

You are a born loser of a born loser franchise.

Let me repeat this very clearly for you:

    1. If the Jets lose this game, you will not return here.
    2. If the Jets do not win the SB this year, you and your fans will be heckled beyond belief for years to come.

You and your organization are the most arrogant, belligerent and flat out despicable group of fans.   No one likes you.

You're annoying. Your the kid brother that farts and picks his nose and eats it, pretending it's normal.

Deal with it until your team actually does something of relevance.

The fact you've been duped by a PSL movement a la Al Davis makes it even more hilarious since you are living in denial with that, too.

WRONG! Sanchez is the best QB in the history of football. In fact he's so good they should just induct him into Canton this year and award the Jets all the Lombardi trophies for the next decade.

Seriously I'd almost like to see them win the division so they have to play a man's schedule next season.
In Response to Re: Bills Head into OT vs Steelers : Actually, Sanchez is a relatively inexpereienced 2nd year NFL QB who has improved greatly after starting 16 regular season games as a rookie and then leading his team to the AFC championship, both very rare accomplishments.  Most NFL anyalist have agreed that he has not only improved greatly, but has the tools to continue to do the same and seemingly plays better with the game on the line.  So, for the time being, he is average, yet has lead his team to a 9-2 record.  You are what your record says you are.

your a idiot, u just prooved u are, sanchez is the 22nd rated passer in the league according to nfl.com player stats qb rating while brady is 2nd, ryan fitzpatrick is rated higher than sanchez, as well as rookie sam bradford. sanchez is overrated and will always be a below average qb. just like the jets below average all time winning percentage.
