Re: Brady has already doubled his INT's from last year

How many interceptions have we seen in which Brady threw it RIGHT at a defender and was totally off target?  Maybe one this season and the rest were either tips/off the receivers hands or simply great defensive plays.  That streak he had may be a long time coming for someone to even come close to it.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Brady has already doubled his INT's from last year : There was Branch wide open at the goal line, it took the 2nd replay to see him, but that is who Brady was throwing to.

I saw the same thing on the replays, he had Branch behind everyone else but of course Tom's arm was hit. Look Tom is doing what he usually does, heck look at the SB we lsot to the giants, he was smacked down all game and in the end drove the team down to a score to take the lead with little time left but the D and the refs lets us down.

Re: Brady has already doubled his INT's from last year

What i see is that the OC/Brady think that they can out execute any defensive strategy, well they can if they don't try to force a pass into triple coverage and run when the opposing D begs you to run it. And how about mixing in 5 to 7 screen passes a game, talk about an underutilized weapon by the OC. Runs and screens open up passing lanes and Brady won't need to thread a needle in triple coverage, therefore, less int's, less holding onto the ball, less sacks and less QB hits.
