I really like this hire by SD. McCoy is a very well respected QB coach/offensive mind. Definitally a tough loss for Gomer. What will really be interesting is how SD attacks Gomer next year. McCoy must know his tendancies & weaknesses better than anyone. Could be a very bad deal for Denver if SD is able to lay out a nice "blueprint" of how to frustrate Horesface next year. I bet the LA Chargers will be the class of the AFC West in 2-3 years.

Good I want other teams to have their coaching staff raided. If I owned a team I'd go after Scar. Offer him a sweet sweet retirement if he could give my team 5 years.

It makes sense form their PoV. I don't know it makes sense to other teams. Other teams' need for QBs is overrated. At least it's not dire enough that they should throw away their future on a QB who's clearly headed downhill.I think SD will have to build with the pick they have. First order of business for them is to fix the OLine. Rivers seldom had more than 2 secs to find an open receiver. The LOT is a bum.
