BS call or not.. it doesn't change the outcome!

It will be ringing loud and clear on these boards for days, most likely, the non-call to end that game.  If the pass had simply dropped as incomplete, we'd all be talking about how good the game was overall and how close it became to a win.  The Pats scored more against Carolina than most teams in weeks.  Unfortunately, the Panthers offense looked grand against that Pats D, especially Newton.

The L is in the books......  and the talking heads tomorrow will be all over that non-call.  Wouldn't surprise me the only folks who will claim that was a good non-call will be Carolina supporters! So far, nothing over on the Charlotte Observer about this controversial call other than the refs picked up the flag.

.... if the refs make the correct call our odds of winning increase insanely. depending on what kind of call but still.

I would go back to the 3rd and 1... why throw. They had the tempo and momentum especially running the ball. Just a poor play call they end up with 3 instead of a possible 1st down and then a possible 7.

So much wrong with this game, but just giving the Panthers the game IS an issue. Issue is the Pats need to be up by 3 scores just to make sure the refs can't give it away and so the defense doesn't have to be relied upon.

McDaniels should have punched in the 1st down on 3rd and 1. Decent road game, but the Pats D did not play the read option that well and there were far too many undisciplined penalties.

Such a gift with a short field(40yds) and they only get 3. That cost the Pats the game. What a horrible call. Run the ball. And they should have gone for it after that horrible call. No guts no win. Pats blew that game for sure.
