Calm down guys, here's the good news on the Moss trade

    No. There is none.

    THIS IS A FRICKIN DISASTER.

AND ALL FOR WHAT? A FRICKIN 3rd ROUND PICK.

We would have gotten a frickin 3rd rd pick in compensation anyway.

WHAT HAVE WE GOTTEN FROM TRADING MOSS?

What kind of idiots are running our front office?

What kind of moron made this call?

Why give away something for nothing?

    WTFFFFFFFFF is going on here?

    ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

here i got an idea lets trade one of the best wide receivers in league for a third round pick in a season that may not ever happen. just to have to him put about 4 tds against our paper thin dbs in about three weeks

No. There is none. THIS IS A FRICKIN DISASTER. Why the hell do we keep trading away our star players for picks. I don't want a first rounder in 2012, and then wait 3 years for the player to frickin develop so that we can finally frickin make a run in 2015. We'll prob be trading away Wilfork and Brady in their last years by then for 2017 first rounders. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Only way I am happy is if Jared Allen or Adrian Peterson come to town in exchange. We are talking about Randy Moss one of the best wide receivers of all time who demands double coverage every week opening something up for other receivers on the field and still manages to be a deep threat. If they are trading him get someone who helps the team this year at least.

Dang.  And I just spent $88.00 on a Randy Moss jersey.  I want my money back!  Jon Gruden on Mike & Mike is wondering if Vincent Jackson could end up a Patriot?

Re: Calm down guys, here's the good news on the Moss trade

The Patriots aren't going to sign him for what he wants, so he's gone at the end of the year. This way they get a pick and can control where he goes. Do we want him on the Jets?? They aren't going to resign Marshall. Apparently his agent called BB after the first game to tell him he wanted to be traded. I honestly don't think Moss wants to leave New England  and was trying to get an extension, but it's backfired on him.

There is a lot of new talent on the team that Brady is already looking to.  Randy doesn't want to get hurt so he's not going to extend himself.

Murghkhor you must be peeing yourself you're so happy to be able to post another negative rant.

    OOPS I mean Braylon Ewards.

Re: Calm down guys, here's the good news on the Moss trade

Suppose Randy is refusing to fill the role on the Pats that BB has decided is the best role for him to fill?  Decoy.  No way do we sacrifice what is best for the team for what is best for Randy. New contract or not, is Randy the man-child going to put forward best effort for a job he doesn't want to do. Apparently Randy and BB had "words" after the game.

After feel good victories (Cincy, now this) the media will breathlessly await Randy's whining. Will Randy sit down on the job, as he did in Oakland - which is why we got him so cheap.

Consider the effect of Randy's pouting on the psyche of a very young team beginning to find itself.

No veteran, successful, Management Team would accept this from an employee.  Especially a highly-paid employee who signed a contract to perform. Let the child go.

But Randy is a free agent next year and can go anywhere he wants.  Apparently the deal will not come with a new contract for Moss.

this trade better be for at least a 2nd if not 1st because minn is desperate and we would probably get a 3rd round compensatory pick for moss anyways next year when he is signed by another team.

First Vrabel and Seymour. How'd that work out last year?  Crushed in 1st round playoff by the Ravens. So we gave up that season.  Now Moss to build for the future. What about this year?  Who will replace him and demand double teams allowing the others like Welker to be so wide open? Do we need anther draft pick? And of course don't forget about Mankins, one of the best in the business.  Doesn't he deserve his money? Yes, he earned it.  So we settle for linemen who cannot open holes for the running backs.  Tough to figure out.  But remember, Pats have not won in 6 years and when they won, it was because of a great D, not offense.  This year they do not have the great D.

And that good news is...Moss doesn't play special teams.  Given your ST success last week, you won't need Moss to help find points.

What are they totally off the wall????  Stop this horrible trade!!!!  I can't believe this is happening...they drive players away, all he wanted was to retire a Patriot, guess that's not happening.  He was the best distraction for other teams, always had to be double teamed and look at the one handed catch against the Jets.  Who's next...Wes for a 4th round pick??  This whole idea is horrible and for a 3rd round pick...give me a break...totally discusted with this whole thing.  They needed to fix whatever the problem was, not give him away...There is no good news to this...sad day for Pats nation.....
