No....Go and Get Alex Smith, he's great.

Alex Smith was benched. I say bench Brady and start Ryan "Big Tex" Mallett!

    It takes a team.

We ned to get tougher (bigger) along the D line to increase our pass rush and resign our primary free agents.

No QB who throws two fourth quarter interceptions giving the opponent a short field allowing them to score two TDs changing a 14-13 game to 28-13 game as rusty claims Brady did can.

Yep, no question about it but the the Pats as a team are not complete.  The Pats look like a Dan Marino led Dolphins team to me.  Will do well during the season but is vunerable against the more complete teams in the league.

With injuries to Talib, Gronk and one or two others it shows how fragile the team is or how weak the other parts are.  Gronk goes out the offense sputters.  Talib goes out and the defense gets lit up.  This is the problem.  The Pats are always a player away from folding.  They are not a strong team right now and when you consistantly draft so late year in and year out it won't get better soon.

The more important question is - has any coach won superbowls 7 years apart?

I do not think it is possible for a 35 year old QB to win the SB.  That person needs 21 other players, 10 more on offense and 11 more on defense to win as the QB can't play all 22 positions by themself.  Of course I am being sarcastic, but, what kind of a question is this?  A team can have an excellent QB and not win the SB (insert P Manning's name here).  So what are you trying to say?  Brady is washed up because he is 35 and the Pats haven't won the SB since 2005?  Seems he was good enough, as some have posted here, to lead the team to the SB.  The rest is up to the team to play well around him, like it failed to do in the AFCCG this year.

    In response to PATSchampsSB's comment:

This team need little adjustiments to be a champion team, maybe 3 or 4 players... we are no that far to win another Lombardi.

This team needs to avenge its mortal fear of a single player - Bernard Pollard - otherwise it has no chance of winning SB. He has destroyed two players and hurt two others so why doesn't coach assign an offensive player as a 'kamakazi' and nuetralize him.

A professional team cannot live in mortal fear of an opposing player as this is football and not table tennis.
