The Pats have had a good run for the last decade. But, will the run continue? I think not, it's rebuilding time kids. Accept it!

Yeh, there's some retooling going on. And what's the beauty of being a Pats fan? That the Pats will accomplish in a year what the Jets have been attempting to do for 40 years and still havent

This season reminds me of the 2003 season.
opening day pats lost 0-31 by the Bills, next loss
    by the Redskins 17-20.
This Patriots team has reloaded like the 2003 team.
This is a slow building process throughout season.
There will be low points as this season starts out,
but this team will get better.
This Patriots team can afford to lose 4 or 5 games,
I would prefer in the first half of the season.
I wouldn't count out this team, come November/December
this Patriot team will be tough to beat and will be right in the mix.

The Defense IS rebuilding, BUT the offense could carry this team, IF we had an Offensive Coordinator that realized, 2nd and 3 - isn't 3rd and 20 and that a 3 point game isn't a 21 point deficit AND that balance keeps defenses honest.

In short, it might be a good thing, if the opposing defense didn't know they could rush 6 or 7 everytime, because we are going to air it out 44+ times and only run on our 1st two drives of the game.
