    Carson "Bledsoe": Palmer

Palmer and Ocho had better be apologising to the team right now. Talk about not playing big on the big stage. Palmer went fetal and Ocho apeared to be afraid of Revis. Did you see him go in the other direction when Revis picked off that pass.. Don't fear the paper airplanes..

I think that since he got shut down in both games, he needs to change his name to Chad Revis.

Palmer and Chad always seem to be on "the wrong page".

Palmer is a great QB and top 5 in my mind. They have been running the ball well this year and havent relied on his arm too much. He didnt have a good game today but look at the recievers hes got. Ochocinco was covered by Revis. Caldwell and  Coles were hurt and could barely run. He doesnt have Houshmenzadeh to throw to anymore. That guy used to be his Wes Welker.

    Brady, Brees, Manning, Rivers, Palmer.

Palmer is very talented and has a big arm. Again if you put him on a team with 2 great recievers, a good OL he will be one of the best. You cant compare his receivers to what other teams have or had (Moss+Welker, Wayne+Clark+Garcon, Colston+Henderson+Meachem, Austin+Williams+Whitten).

Ochocinco is a good receiver but he is not a physical guy like Moss or Andre Johnson. He is more of a Steve Smith type of WR and needs to have a few steps on a CB to make a play.

Carson Palmer played a terrible game. How many open receivers did he just plain miss?

How many QB's have really had a great game against the Jets this year?

Let's not overlook the fact that good defenses make teams, QB's, and entire offenses look like chumps.  The Jets D is kicking it up a notch (sorry Emeril).  There are countless examples of teams looking like a bunch of bumbling fools when playing real good defenses.  Is the Jets D really as good as they are looking right now?  We'll know next week.

I have a feeling Pioli is in for a long day next week; win or lose.

The Bengals made playoffs the for one reason, Cedric Benson. They should have not passed hardly at all last night. Why is it that you hand a guy the ball on 1st down, he gets 6 yards then you have 2 incomplete pass plays to follow? Benson could have won that game last night. There would have been no int on the first drive then the second drive they could have scored again. 14-0 would have changed the face of the game. The Bengals constantly dissapoint their fans #1 cause Mike Brown and #2 cause Marv Lewis. This franchaise will never win until these 2 are removed from team activities.

What he said ^...The Bungles problems went way beyond Palmer and 85 (funny how the 85 looks like BS with this font) Penalties, play-calling and Graham killed them.  The D would play two good downs, leaving a third and long, then conistently give up the big play.  Benson had 21 carries for 165, and if the OC had half a brain, he could have carried a bigger load with Palmer's ineptness yesterday.

    Re: Carson "Bledsoe": Palmer

Why bring Bledsoe into this? He took a beating for us. Literally, to within an inch of his life. He played on mostly mediocre teams but led us to one Super Bowl and enabled us to reach another one when he came off the bench rusty and ice cold and beat Pittsburgh after the prime directive was violated and he was kicked to the curb. As for Palmer, he stunk yesterday but he obviously hasn't been the same QB the last few years after the perfectly well-timed rolling into his knee by one of the holy Steelers.
