    Daboll back with the Pats

Daboll was offensive coordinator in Kansas City last season. Belichick says Daboll will be a role similar to Josh McDaniels last postseasoness

Guess that means BB won't have to bother himself with such trivial things as the O any more! LOL

He did not sound like he had a stellar string of coaching successes after leaving NE. Is he starting during the playoff? Does it mean someone on the coaching staff is leaving at the end of season?

Is a Romeo Crennell return also in the card?

Surprising hire as he went with Mangini to the Jets. Thought he was off BB radar same as Mangini?

It's a curious hiring. Wonder if it means McDaniels is thinking of leaving or maybe even if BB is thinking of retiring? Thus, McDaniels becomes the head coach and Daboll becomes the OC?

Guess we'll know after the season.

Since he was a defensive assistant, maybe Bb use him for the defensive purposes?

He was wide receiver coach when he was in NE. Then OC when he went with Mangini to NYJ and CLE. Become OC in MIA and then KC. He is not a defensive assistant.

Maybe BB wants to fish a little more after this last go at the SB.   When he chooses to do that he will have my thanks for what he made this team.
