Since so many DBs flied off the market I thought I'd keep a running list of who's left that has starting capability. If I missed anyone let me know and I will add them. And no there is a reason Arrington is not on the list:

- Lewis - Saints
- Gamble - retired
- Smith - Saints
- DRC - Broncos
- Houston - Lions
- McKelvin - Bills
- Cox - Chargers
- Williams - Eagles
- CB Grimes - rumored to be working to resign Atl
- CB Nnamdi - rumored 49ers wants to stay on west coast
- Robinson - Cheifs
- CB/S Huff
- S Pollard - Really don't want him, Gregory version of SS
- Goldson - Tampa
- Quin - Lions

There is no move yet because the garage sale is still ten days away, but Arrington and Marquice Cole should still be available at that time.

Yeah I thought about adding him but he's a fringe starter similar to Arrington. Someone I'd love as a #3 behind Dennard and another starter but not someone I would want as my LCB
I'll add him to the list though

Haha- so true. When BB doesn't "vastly strengthen" this defense with several high quality players it will be comical watching some posters explanations. That Is, after all, his plan...right?

jjd - you missed the point. The point is to find a LCB and SS since we are missing one. The vast number of players you listed won't be in the league next year

I would say the market is settled and set. Most of the tier 1 cb FA's have been signed or about to be. Now is the time to sign Talib. Get it done.

Grimes is still a FA. it was reported that ATL resigned him but that was false.

Besides the Redskins, which did not have enough cash to do the deal, is there no other team other than the Pats having any interest in Talib?
The CB market is supposed to be depressed, so how come there is still no signing?
BB will not buy into an overheated housing market, but he is not buying in a buyer's market either, he must be waiting for his section 8 coupon.

I find it interesting that Talib is still available. He seemed to be very good with the Pats. What exactly is the knock on him?
