    Dennard had surgery.

Word is floating around that he had an arthroscopic knee procedure performed a few days ago. Expected to miss 2-3 weeks from the time of surgery.

Oh no....That means there will be more Kyle Arrington giving up key TD's

Injuries and referees can add up to one big pile of adversity.  Glad the team is better at dealing with it than I am.

Kyle may have to sit in favor of Ryan. I like Arrington inside vs Wes next week and Ryan and Talib outside if he can go. Another option is to bring McCourty down to play the other side and make Tavon Wilson earn his money but against Forehead how can u do that with how we like to mix in coverages?  Tavon would be beat in cover 2 which we play alot vs manning.

Gregorys injury doesnt help. Time to activate Collins, Buchanan, F  *c k contain, Its Peyton manning and tell them pin their ears back. Give yourself a chance!

Can you trust Ebner to play any traditional safety and will he be asked to cover Julius Thomas?

The Dennard problem is compounded by the fact that Arrigton is playing hurt - groin - and Talib is obviously a shell of his former self - hip.  That leaves us with 2 healthy CBs Ryan and Cole to cover the best receiver corps int he NFL ...  Like what else can go wrong?

I heard Edelman is switching back to DB! That's how low they are on reliable DB's! Slater is no longer being listed as a WR he's being listed as a Safety. Also the last time anyone saw Earthwind Moreland he was practicing outside at a local High School.

What happened to that Phillip Adams guy we had hear last year? or the other special teamer that got some time? Adams had nice size and could cover. Anyone on the practice squad? We def. need more than 2 healthy CBs going into next game. Time to comb the free agent pool?

I thought we had a decent amount of injuries before like in 03 and 04 but not this many to key players. This year we lost Vince and mayo which is really hard but even harder when they are your highest paid defenders who are called on the most. Losing both your starting Cbs  def. dont help!

Well, the team has certainly excelled with the first half of the formula for a championship season.  They are being given plenty of adversity to overcome (a never ending string of injuries) and managing to tread water, playing .500 for the past four games.  Now, we just need the catalyst that will fire this team up in time for the tail end of the season and on into the playoffs!  Any guesses as to when that might happen?

    Re: Dennard had surgery.

It takes guts to face PM and the Broncs being as injured and short on players as we are. Expecting a win might be a bit much. I'd be satisfied with a gritty performance.
