The last decade belong to the Patriots.  The Steelers are a close second but because of all the records Tom (MVP) and Randy set I think it belongs to them.  But all good things come to an end.  It is the end of the Patriots.  While many players come back from the ingury Tom had more do not.  He is not the player he was and the team in not the same.  The D could not stop Denver in the OT yesterday... they basically walked down the field to get an easy FG.  Look at the roster the last time we won the SB and look at it now.  Time to rebuild.  Ya we will probably make it to the play offs and maybe one win but no SB.  The next 2 games should be wins but after that forget it.  Dolphins always play us tough the Colts, enough said.  Time to re-build... that starts will our QB of the future.  I think there are some good ones in the next 2 drafts.  Time to get one and build a young team around him and lets get Cowher.

That's probably the same thing Colts fans were saying last year when they started out 3-4, but they're far from being done with.  They might not be winning SB's, but their window isn't closed by any means.. and nor is the Pats.

Brady just needs more time to get back to normal, it may even take the entire season but he will return to form. 

The defense is young and it's a work in progress.  The defenses of 2003-2004 didn't happen overnight; they had growing pains for a couple years while getting it together.  Once they did, it was a great D. 

It just takes time.  This isn't the time to rebuild, it's the time for patience while Brady returns to form and the defense gets more comfortable/experienced.

Jason, the Colts didn't have a gimpy qb playing scared or a coach that relied on cheating to gain an edge.

The ship is sinking fast.
