    Fletcher

I was glad to see Dane Fletcher back in the mix. One sack and what appeared to be close coverage of the tight end and one of the running backs coming out to the flat. Hope we get to see more of him, either blitzing (which the Pats seem to have just discovered as a useful tactic!) or in coverage.

Best cover Line Backer we have even if Mayo was playing IMO.

thought we would see more of him by now

the fact he can cover is a god send

I remember this guy specifically being good at covering RB's out of the back field.  He hurt his thumb, and then had a knee injury the last 2 years.  He was gaining more play time each year before these injuries hit.  Let's hope he can stray healthy.  I think he was shaping out to be another UDFA grab from BB.

I could never figure out why this guy hasn't been used more. I thought the Pats had a steal with this guy. The ACL injury set him back, but he appears healthy now. There should be no reason he is losing snaps to a rookie.

I think BB didn't play him because he might not be able to set the edge, but neither can Collins so...

I have very good impression of Fletcher from a year or two ago. If he gets more reps then definitely has potential to be very good player.

    Re: Fletcher

He can be a good 'backer for the pats(especially in coverage) IF he can just stay healthy.
