Fully expect this game to be horribly officiated to give lowly dysfunctional jets every chance to make this a game...  guaranteed el Sancho will be lobbing lots of  balls deep and receivers will be diving and whining. I hope pats are expecting this.

This is their Superbowl.  At 4-6 it basically is. They have now 6 consecutive elimination games. Starts tomorrow night...

Highly likely. Primetime game, Goodell knows a sniff for NY means more money in his and Johnson's pockets.   However, there still were 5,000 tickets left the other day.  Not sure it will even sell out.

    Who is the officiating crew?

Pats need to rise above it, though. As long as it's not anything so obvious that it changes the game, I am good. I fully expect plenty of additional chances for NY on half baked calls.

Leave it to Queenie to whine about the refs BEFORE THE GAME, after receiving a gift in the last matchup.

    Tears!

    [/QUOTE]

    That doesn't make sense.

    1. You live in a basement and are very likely a closet queen.

    2. If you are claiming NE received "gifts" in the last game, doesn't that mean you're whining about calls that you only see not going your way?

    Hypocrite much?  Tears is right.

    LOSER with a capital L.

Got a big date tomorrow night in that basement, do ya, Phatty Virgin?  Is Mommy coming down to serve you a tv dinner?

    Nice one Russ!

Is it traditional that the Commish sits in the home teams luxury suite?

IC that Phat Rex keeps banging his head against the wall...:-)))

Keep up the funny works, we need more around here. It's halftime on this thread and PhatRex is  losing, any halftime plans Rex? Don't forget we have seen all the past films(threads) of you before!

Thanks for the laughs everyone ...U2 Rex ;-)

If we can jump on them quickly for a big lead it will keep the zebras from determining the outcome. The Patriots will get some bad calls and the Jets, along with their fans will treat this game just like a Super Bowl . Just another game for the Patriots.

Jintz , we know you're the #1 special member of the mike Carey fan club... He's your hero.  You cried when he declared a completed pass to tyree.

I get it. ... Simma down nah...

To answer your question , the beginning of the buffalo game was atrocious, yes.  The calls were all against the bills... Pi in the end zone over and over.  Hated it.  Just play the game you know?  Show some restraint.  Check back after tomorrow night.

the patriots need to come out ready to weather the storm early in this game.  Expect some trick plays that rex will use to try and get the beyond DESPERATE fans into it, (before they start booing).

I'd like to see pats force the running game early and then go over the top to Edelman. (actually dreamt that play last night...  or was that a premonition?)

The Jets have two more division losses and three more AFC conference losses than the Patriots.  In realistic terms, a win over the Patriots isn't going to get them to a division championship.

And after all those bogus PI calls and a few fortiutous tipped passes, Rexy will boldly declare that his team never gives up against all odds, and fully expects to win the SB.

This game would be enormous for NY . ...

They won last week so it would put them on a modest streak which they obviously need to expand on.

Going from 6 losses (likely in playoffs) to 7 (likely out) is a huge step .  They are playing to stay alive. ... Better than dead.

They would feel a lot less like clowns , and more legit psychologically if they can stand up to patriots on national TV .

Ryan's life and livelihood revolves around competing with bill Belichick...  0-3 streak getting worse.

    It's their Superbowl basically.
