They wont win the SB, and probably wont even get there, but I think saying they wont make the playoffs is a stretch. But for what its worth, Id love if youre right about this.

as with many bold bold contrarian predictions, the koolaiders will get ready to throw their usual soft bombs of denial like romney discounting all the mainstream polls that correctly counted him out. anywho, rg3 is the real deal and he will sneak in. the skins will beat them next week, they could  lose to the raves, saints and the falcs as well. they likely could go 2-2 or 1-3 in their next 4 games. skins could go 4-0 or 3-1. the one show win for the jints is versus the eags on the last day but dont ever underestimate a divisional rival seeking to be spoilers and a proper farewell to andy reid!

Schedule is tough but so was green bay right?  looked at another way, if they beat Washington and Dallas loses to Philly they are a virtual lock...

Comes down to next week.  If any team deserves to be a team of not destiny, it's NY. Go away opie.

Giants will make the playoffs and they will be playing the 49"ers again to get there.  I think they have a very good chance to get back to the SB.  That bye week did them some good.

I want the Giants to make it to the big game. It would be good for at least this Pats' fan to see them get another shot at the Giants in the Super Bowl. I know our team will be ready to exorcise some bad memories of missed opportunities and narrow losses to the team that now thinks it owns them.

    Your're confusing "bold" with "stupid".

The Ravens suck. Having a soft schedule combined with facing their divisional foes at the most opportune times has contributed to their 9-2 record. The Giants and Denver will expose them for the frauds they are.

The Falcons are also overrated. Their D is mediocre. Lately, they've struggled to win several games, even at home.

The Eagles won't beat the Giants.

The Giants would have to lose two games and the Skins still would have to run the table to win the division.

    Here's a bold prediction...

The Pats must win out in order to secure a bye. I expect Denver to win out and the Ravens to lose at least 2 games. The Pats are ~2 games behind the Texans (going under the assumption the Pats win their meeting). With Gronk out, I don't see it happening.

The NFC east, like the AFC east is pretty rotton. The Giants usually struggle with the Eagles but the Giants could probably lose out and still have a 50% chance of winning that division. Washington looks like a team of the future but they are very inconsistent right now.

Re: GIANTS will not make the PLAYOFFS!

Mainly because of the Giants remaining schedule, next week is a huge game for the NY and Wash.  If Ny wins, the division is virtually theirs but if the Skins win it really does set up well for them to push the Giants till the end.  The Giants are the best road team in the NFL and seem rejuvinated after the bye, so I'd guess they get the win next Monday night.

The Giants have now laid beat downs on SF and GB, with ATL still on the schedule.  If the Giants get into the play-offs, there is every reason to consider them among the favorites to win it all again, likely coming out of the the #4 seed again.
