Weak schedule and way more pass attempts than Brady. Actually Fetus head's 2004 season was more impressive.

Do you have the amount of pass attempts it took for each?
631 for Manning in 2013 (51 TDs)

    578 for Brady in 2007 (50 TDs)

    497 for Manning in 2004 (49 TDs)
Awesome, thanks for those. I wonder if Manning's arm is getting worn out yet haha. Meh, I can't wait for the playoffs.
Its a valid concern given that the guy had 4 neck surgeries 2 years ago because it was causing him to have a noodle arm.  What a comeback, huh?

Hey, I'll bet you didn't know that Brady's thrown more than 600 balls in 3 seasons.  How about that/

congrats to him. he had a great season. much rather have a ring though. manning is a great qb but lets face it   he has some talent out there catching passes. a lot more than we do here.

If Brady threw a TD up by 17 in the 4th, he would be getting slammed for classlessly running up the score.

All credit to Peyton Manning, the record is legit. I consider Peyton to be the best regular season quarterback of all time. Maybe Marino is in consideration also.

Where Peyton falters is in the postseason, where he badly needs a couple more championships.

He was under 500 in 2004 and is over 620 as of today.

He also had more attempts than Brady in 2007 before he got to 49 this year.

Who cares how many passes vs. runs?  They won the game.  Why does it matter?

Is there a new standings formation I'm ont aware of?

You guys are hysterical.  Brady crumb-snatched his way to this record in the first place.  Don't you remember Brady throwing a TD in the 4th quarter of a game the Pats were up by 30 points in 2007?  Meanwhile, Manning kneeled on the ball three times to close a game from the opponents' 3 yard line late in 2004, and he sat out most of game 15 BEFORE he set the record!  This record was always Manning's, but the crumb-snatching cheaters just got to borrow it for a short time...

Oh boy, another imbecile that has to go on ignore. Manning had a great year in 2004, then lost 20-3 to the Pats as the Fetus Head had zero TDs and a pick.
