The Giants were considered long shots during their Super Bowl years...I don't know why people are saying theyre done. The only thing that's missing is that 38-35 loss to the team with the best record (They still face Atlanta)

I'm not counting the GMEN out until they're eliminated. But boy does RGIII look good

NFC is wide open. Best team (record-wise) is arguably the most prefered playoff matchup. Only potential team that I don't give much of a chance would be SEA, since they would prob have to play 3 road playoff games.

Swap SEA with the Redskins and there is no team that I would count out.

What has 31 teams losing have to do with me saying that someone will beat one specific team? Answer: very little. You say its a bold prediction, then you say its pretty safe to predict that. The Giants got a "beatdown" put on them by Dallas and Cincinatti, the beatdown they put on GB was basically on a handicapped team, and SF is not the same team they were for the NY game.

Not at all. Im talking about this boogy man mentality I see too often on this forum regarding the Giants. Of course theyre "dangerous". What Im saying is they wont repeat, and this thing of going back to last year and 07 has very little to do with this year. They cant win every year, eventually there will come a season where they press thier little post season button and nothing happens. Thinkning they have the ability to resurrect themselves perpetually and win every SB is what Im talking about.

First of all, anyone can beat anyone. For example, why did the Pats lose to Ariz? On top of that, do I really have to explain that one? It was obvious to many football experts that the team was affected by Sandy. While that's not a total excuse, you should have known that.
