No I am a true libertarian. I havent even stopped on Fox News in probably 5 years. Ideally I privitize SS and Medicare, end farm aid, tax weed, end the wars, end all foreign ocuppied and aid and reduce taxes to a flat 17% for every dollar earned regardless of how it is earned, how much or how little. You repeatedly do this when you lose an arguement you name call like a 10 year old and ignore the question at hand. Here is a basic question do you think $1 of spending should be cut?

I'm a solid Liberal.. probably could even call me a 'Libertarian Socialist' (libertarian on social issues, more socialistic when it comes to the economy). Point is, I'm just looking for some consistency.

With that said I enjoy reading 95% of your posts, so keep up the good work. You went a bit kookoo with the 'Ricky' moniker a few weeks back, but Godvernment seems more inclined to civil conversation, and that's a good thing.

"Head Count Reduction" although they just hired 4 guys to replace me, after 7 years and actually PERFORMING in such that I "earned" my "promotions/salary". But thanks to potus "B.S." b'sess policies, I did nothing to earn that on my own. I want nothing more that to get "off my couch". I just interviewed for a position relative to what I was doing....Same industry...   It paid $35,000 a year. I was making $70,000+. I can't afford to Support a family of four on $35,000. We recognize how important you are.... we are going to give you a raise... from $100K u[p to $110K  Thank you for your hard work.  In December the boss comes back and says  SORRY BUD... but we can;t give you that 10% raise....  We are going to give you a raise to $107,500 a year instead....   DO YOU NEEED TO RIDE THE BUS?  DO YOU NEED TO SELL THE HOME, SHUT OFF YOUR UTILITIES?  NO.... You do not.... YOU are still getting more money than you had.... Just not as much as you want.....  SAME THING FOR THE UNDUELY ELECTED SUBSTANDARD PRESDIENT OF THIS COUNTRY!

I would never vote for Ron Paul. He is a bigot, I am surprised you don't like. Entitlement is a type of type of spending opposite discretionary spending. Fascism was used ironically because you made it seem the not spending and lower taxes are a sign of the right, while two countries typically more to the left of the US a doing a better job with those two. Yes Israel should have aid cut, however that doesn't  mean they don't have the right to exist. Back to the point would you cut any spending?

i honestly can't understand the majority of what you just tried to say. but to answer your question.. yes, i would cut spending. there is plenty of excessive and wasteful spending, but non of that involves the programs that have been cut.

Cut defense spending a bit, adjust tax rates back to that of the Clinton era, reduce oil subsidies and meat-packing subsidies. This would account for a good bit, but obviously more would be needed. The next place I might look would be foreign-aid, however I struggle with that a great deal.
