Give me a healthy Troy Polamalu, he's about as dynamic a playmaker as they come, can play all over the field and he makes under $10M/year, signed a 4 year $30.19M deal in 2007.
Second is a toss up between Willis, Peterson, Ware and Reed. -

I certainly am in the camp for Peterson. He's something else. Maroney stinks. That being said this is a dreamers post.
The guy they wanted in the draft that would have had an immediate impact would have been Percy Harvin. -

It would come down between DeMarcus Ware, Patrick Willis, or Larry Fitzgerald. Of the three, I would lean towards Fitzgerald. Add Fitz, and you would see a return of the 2007 Pats' offense.
Joey Galloway is a weak link...and should be sacked for Terrence Nunn. -

On offense, I will pick two. Joe Thomas the LT for the Browns, and Adrian Peterson cause having the best RB in football helps any team get better.
On defense I would say Ed Reed and DeMarcus Ware.
But most importently the player i would most like to have on this team is Tom Brady....playing like his old self that is what we need. -

Posted by jboltedThe problem with Sproles is he can't even start on his own team. Talented guy, but you wouldn't rather have say, Chris Johnson?

I can't even get Sproles on the field in my fantasy team, let alone the Pats. He's a younger, faster Faulk in my mind. AP would be very difficult to argue with, but I didn't want to be a hypocrite after my post on feature backs. Ware would be awesome, but is going to have an off year this year. Jared Allen is the most original pick. -

Ed Reed, without a second thought, the guy is a playmaker and game changer, there is no one even close to him, on the Pats D. I didn't pick a RB, because we would also need a new Offensive coordinator, then. -

Not sure if he would want to sit the bench. -

That choice would not improve the Pats, breaking even. The key is to choose a player that improves the team, someone they do not have on the team now, not pick a player with similar skills sets as an existing player. Like an LT or Anderson at RB, Clark at TE, Lewis at ILB. -
