Spikes was good...

Hightower can do what Spikes did better, faster, bigger, stronger and with more versitility.  Plus there isn't a porn floating around with him in the starring role.

    The Bills will still sux.

Spikes and Pepper Johnson are my kind of football players/ coaches.

Sad that Patriots (aka Belichick) cannot see the value of these guys , that is, before its too late.    this just in .....  its too late.

Bills are instantly better.    ON the positive side...  Games with Bufffalo are now more interesting....
So coolade is on the record that BB should have made Pepper Johnson the DC, and re-signed Spikes even though he obviously didn't conform to the team or get along with coaches.

Although I do agree that Spikes was a good player and Pepper was a tough loss. Hurts to watch a guy walk out the door while wearing 5 Super Bowl rings.

Almost everybody gets hired away in time.  This goes double for Patriot players, who regularly get offered three times what they're worth when they hit free agency.

I believe that the Krafts correctly price their free agents, buying up capable young players like Wes Welker that are getting reamed by the Fish and letting overpaid old players like Wes Welker go.

I wouldn't hold Spikes's dumb sex video, dumb drug suspension and dumb slavery hyperbole against him too much.  Well, maybe.  Yes, he's still a good or maybe a serviceable but injured player, playing a violent game.  That's a maybe also, and that's why the Krafts let him sign with a division rival.  If he's on the field against Tom Brady he'd better be able to drop back and cover somebody, which he could never do, so BB isn't expecting an extreme revenge factor.
Agree, and it goes double for coaches. BB's coaching cupboard has been raided more then any team in the NFl for 13 years. Losing valuable coaches who know your system and share your vision is detrimental to success.

Remember that one bills guy that was here talking smack a short while back?  And then there was 2. Well I guess I can say that I'm not hoping for the bills to lose every week like the giants.  Well just 2 weeks anyway and in december the bills are making tee times anyway

Careful Pro...they may be coming to YOUR town soon!

They'll be better than last year on D, but far more because of Johnson than "Fat Rails For Santa" Man...the franchise seems cursed in Buffalo...4 straight SB losses is some kinda bad JUJU....A move further up north might be what they need to get them jump started...I cannot for the life of me imagine the"Los Angeles Bills"!

coolade your a funny guy. If Spikes and Pepper are your types of players you would never field a winning team. One dimensional, and neither is even an all star. I dont see how the games with Buffalo are more interesting? Anyways, take care i assume you will be spending your time on the Buffalo Bills forum. Peace out.

It's amazing how many idiots there are who don't get that.  Part of the problem is season ticket holders selling their seats on Stub Hub.  If I'm on an aisle, though, I want the aisle to be to the side away from the field.  It's really bad if you have to look over the aisle to see the field, because then people going up and down the stairs are in your way too. If you do move and stay on an aisle, just be careful that you won't have to look over the aisle to see the game. I had seats like that one year and I absolutely hated them.

Changing allegiances because a somewhat better than average, 2-down LB and a career position coach went to your division rival?  Your allegiance could not have been that strong to begin with.  I doubt either make the Bills markedly better, but enjoy.

It is roomier, particularly in the winter when everyone's got heavy coats on. And when you do want to get out, it's a heck of a lot easier than walking across the whole row.  Of course, I solve that problem by just never leaving my seat until the half is over.

I was stunned last year when PatsEng became a troll when Welkie left and now to see CoolAde go off the rails since the AFC Title game and join that group and still post here, it's equally disturbing/disgusting.

Prolate is currently teetering as well, showing signs of trolling recently as well.

If you want to go root for another team like the Jets (RKrap, Mt Hurl), Denver (TFB12, PatsEng, Prolate) or the Bills (Coolade), it is your right to show your bandwagon status and do so.

Please don't make it our business here. Some of us are diehard, real fans who get it.
Brady has personally, himself, failed our team, the organization and the fans for YEARS. YEARS.

His 3 INT 2007 AFC Title game started this all and it has festered ever since he wanted to end that 2007 season with a statistical bang, only for it to backfire.

He missed 2008, his ego took a hit and he wanted it back in 2009, or 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Diehards are still waiting for that smart, methodical Brady to return. You aren't one of them because you think Brady is the same QB from 2004 as he is now. The real fans, deep down, know this to be a major problem as to why this team's offense sputters every January like clockwork.   The offense should be not channeling through just two HOF players.

Joe Montana didn't just stare down Rice and maybe a 2nd choice like John Taylor for 40+ times per game hoping it might work for once.  They used Rathman, Craig, John Frank and Brent Jones at TE in balanced fashion.

My honesty should be seen as what a diehard fan would be all about within a fanbase.

To rave on here about Brady everyday, every year, constantly, only to not hold him accountable when the time comes, is an embarrassment and the work of an 8 year old fan who doesn't understand the game.

    That's you.

The time has come for Brady and no one else on this team. It is put up or shut up time permanently for Brady and his Ballwashers here and everywhere, come January.

    Oh yes it is.

We'll all see how overrated Revis is all year, even if a very good CB in this league, and we'll all wonder just how Brady play in the title game.  That's exactly how it will be.
