    No, he's not better.

But, their numbers are remarkably similar, and in a lot of cases, Ben's are better.  However, Brady's best year is something Ben can never achieve (and most likely nobody else can, either).  On a per game averages over their career, though, they are about the same (again, Brady's phenomonal 2008 year skews his averages overall).

[QUOTE]well this is a what have you done for me lately league, and big ben rapelisberger outplayed brady BY FAR on sunday...on sunday he was the better qb, but overall he is nowhere near brady, nobody in the nfl is right now...rodgers may be up there with montana, brady, marino, etc.. at the end of his career....but big ben will be remembered for winning superbowls because of historic defenses...plus new englands secondary is like wet toilet paper, we havent shut down one qb all year so big bens performance isnt all that impressive considering they had the ball for 2/3 of the time

    yup

only 25 points to show for all those yards and all that possession time

under similar circumstances, Brady would have put at least 30 points on the board (and has, consistently).  Roethlisberger is a second-tier QB to me - still very good, but not on the same level as Brady/Manning/Rodgers/Brees

Brady plays a quality defense last week: Throws 2 TDs and No INTs, 68.6 Completion Pct, was sacked 3 times

Ben against a quality defense in week 1(Ravens): 1 TD, 3 INTs, 53.7 Completion Pct, was sacked 4 times

Odd how they don't really stack up when you look at it that way.
