It's you...I have Comcast. On every Thursday, Comcast makes it a point not to mess things up too badly. During the morning...8 a.m. to 10 a.m....It's in there promotional brochure in fact. -

Thanks but no it's not that kind of issue. Besides they seem to have fixed it.
