I don't know about overall weight but very likely to have future back problems from lugging those babies around for a few decades.

Most of the SI pictures ( and most magazine models in general ) are altered to some degree. I'd say this is a badly photoshopped background. So's the one on the boat where all the shadows don't originate from the same sun position.

Just to be clear in my OP I was not saying she looked fat.  Rather one of her b00bs was like 3 times the size of the other and appeared to be halfway assimilated into her arm.  I just thought it was bad airbrushing making her look bad.
