They've run 3/4 and the 2/4/5 in the second half. Ridley, Price look good on offense, Fletcher looks good on D. -

I thought a few guys stood out:
Fletcher
Price
Anderson
Solder....Evidently he was picked at that spot for a reason...wow. In a year we will have forgotten about the name Matt Light. -

In Response to Re: Jags/ Pats:In Response to Re: Jags/ Pats : Yeah, but they got 4 guys with their hands in the dirt going forward, not standing up getting set to go backwards, sideways or forward. They have three guys standing up...isn't that a 43? More a modified 43, with guys in different gaps, but down lineman?

Not exactly Mthurl. This is where most people get confused. Because of personal and gap position of the DL and LB's it was a 34. Moore was what is known as a Jack. That's a hybrid DE/OLB that can either stand or have his hand down at the line that acts as a DE but actually is set outside the T's on the weakside or outside the TE on the strong side. The idea is to either blitz 5 or for the Jack to drive the runner/QB towards Cunningham (this is what happened on Cunningham's sack). If Moore was lined up inside/over the T's it would become a 43
The big difference is where they toss their hand down and whether they are lined up over/inside the T's I believe. Such that CB's and OLB's line up 5 yrds from the T with hands down don't qualify as a 43 either -

Ridley looks great. He adds a receiving dimension when on the field in addition to his solid running.Fletcher reminds me a little of Ted Johnson and the way he used to run through gaps in the line and make plays. He's a lock.Butler hasn't shown much. None of the corners have. The vet safeties are making all the plays.Hoyer looks very good. I guess the Pats will have to carry 3 qbs. I can't see them letting Hoyer or Mallet go.Price = in Tate = out. Price can make plays this guy could start on this team.Mallet is making some plays. He's looking like the real deal. He's a lock. -

In all fairness (and I'm sure Hoody and company feel the same way I do), it doesn't hurt him until he gets out there and shows what he can do. -

So far for me stars of the game so far:
Price
Ridley
Solder
Fletcher
Needs work:
Love - being moved off the C position in the 1st quarter. As a NT he can't let the C dictate where he goes
Butler - blown coverage after blown coverage
Cunningham - he's been solid and unlike Butler hasn't missed an assignment yet but, if he's going to be the primary edge rusher he needs to develop a couple more moves and take advantage when the interior rush drives the QB out of the pocket. He's been pushed around the QB and stopped dead to many times. He either needs to drive the blocker back into the QB or develop a move to prevented being pushed around the QB -
