    Now that the Eagles released Garica do you think the Patriots should sign him as a back up QB?

    No. 

    1.) Jeff Garcia wants a chance to start. Hello, we have TFB here. 
    2.) Jeff can only run a West coast offense. We don't run one. 
    3.) Signing Garcia means cutting a position player that can actually do something on the field. QB is the least of our concerns. 
    4.) We don't need a veteran QB, Brady is the Veteran. If Brady goes down you can rap up the season. We had an easy schedule like last season, don't expect another 11-5 season against the second toughest schedule in the NFL. Last season we faced the NFC west, this season we face an improved AFC east, and AFC north.
    5.) Belichick believes in Brian Hoyer.

    the pats wont have the opportunity, the rams will sign him.
