The Newark Star-Ledger reports that the NFL will suspend Jets DE Shaun Ellis one week for his November 2008 marijuana possession arrest.
Less than 50 grams of pot were found in his car (a "disorderly person offense"), but Ellis violated the personal conduct policy. The Jets are going to be down both Ellis (team-best eight sacks in '08) and OLB Calvin Pace (seven) against the Texans. The smart money has Houston starting 1-0. Aug. 8 - 11:33 pm et

Wiz this is good news the more controversy from the jets the better.
I wish leon were here to tell us all the story how he ellis and pace were partying but didn't inhale...LOL!
