    Well, I can see most fans posting have already convicted him.  Thank God none of you will be on the jury. 

    There's a story to be told and we haven't heard but perhaps a hundred words of that story.  I can gaurantee one thing, that story will have two sides.  So far, most of us hear only one side and it ain't Edelman's.  How's that for fan loyalty, guilty as chrarged, without a trial?  Great!

    I call BS.  He was recognized and it's an attmept as some cash or 15 seconds of fame.  This will blow over in a few days.  Of course, nothing good happens after 1 am, especially not during the week.  Guys have been thrown off the team for less.

    Been waiting to kick this deadbeat off the team for 2 years. Thank god now we have an excuse. 

    Don't want him to get more snaps to get his 15th "chance" and drop more passes for us. Nor do I want to see more of his "potential" in kick returns. 

    Release him already for god sake. He shouldn't have been in the team in the first place.

    Sounds like he got drunk and stuck his hand up her pumpkin.  And discovered it was not available.  And got a face full of angry boyfriend.  I don't know about you guys, but I did that a time or two in the 80s, and wouldn't consider it sexual assault as much as poor timing and failure to pick up on social cues.

    seriously, willing to give jules a break. again, this is not a pattern! willing to hear more evidence first. women can be pretty sluuuutish in clubs and grind on ya and give the impression its ok and that they could follow u into the nastiest bathroom as well! i want to hear what the dynamics were. he may just be getting set up.. let's see!

    Yeah, she's a real victim.  Please. Let me spell it out for you.  She wants F*cking MONEY!
    This is a petty BS thing.  It's not a real crime that could involve prison time like the Michael Vick thing or Roethlishberger. 
    The only thing that would could come of this is that she demands an apology or money or both.
    She could of just slapped him and demanded he be removed from the club but no she wants F*cking MONEY!

    We've all been there at some point. Typically, in college or high school and we thought it was ok, cool etc. At least, I have been there before but maybe it was at a time when there was more tolerance for this kind of thing. Acted impulsively, stupidly and got my face slapped and I learned from it.

    If I were Kraft I would wait to see what the specifics were, his level of remorse and understanding of the consequences etc. 

    Being a high profile athelete unfortunately puts more pressure on the situation. Perhaps unfairly but this the way it  is.

    Besides if he isn't gonna play in any games then partying 'til 1:30 am shouldn't be a problem especially for a young professional athlete.  I guess some of you guys never partyed 'til the wee hours when you were young during a work week?

    If this incident is as listed in the police report (and those reports often make a "perpatrator" look worse than the real situation - they are written in a way to get a conviction!) and the knuclehead grabbed some woman's holiest of holies, he should be gone....I think it's not as bad as the impression given by early press reaction....he doesn't come off looking like a major criminal, just a knucklehead .....the officers writing the report probably gave him as huge break because this sort of thing gets upcharged like crazy...just the charge by a woman of sexual assault means you're going to be arrested, period...I'm sure the NFL security folks will start an investigation as well...given what happens around here, and given that he's really done nothing for two years, I'm sure he'll be 23 skidooed out of Foxboro to make room for Brace or Cannon...easy cut decision to make...

    What a moron.....

    Well, I don't know if that's true.  Regardless, I know there are some (you and davey included) who've been vocal about your dislike for me.  Its not as if I missed the cue, but rather, given your demonstrated nature, chose to ignore it.  Further, comparing my board presence to the acts of a socially inept former sexual predator like Dave is like comparing oil and water.

      While a very valid point, the undeniable fact is that he was out at the club early Tuesday morning getting sloppy drunk after a loss that needs to see a team react by being locked into the following week of work.  Brady and Branch were probably up by 6:30 this morning with clear minds and on the way to the facility to put in a solid day of work.

    You may be right about Brady and Branch but they played in the game.  Edleman did not.
    That being said, the whole team should have had a hangover from that game.
    Ochostinko should be there at 6:30 trying to learn and get better.  I hope to see more Price and Edleman and sit Ocho.

    After reading the police report I wonder if the victim had a 'gina? It says Edelemen made an expression on his face? Did he find something there that was not the right gender?
