their OLB's are too small. and if mankins isn't resigned we would need him at LT. -

if mankins is gone then kaczur moves to Left guard, light stays at LT, koppen at center, neal is R guard and vollmer at RT. Light doesn't have the ability to play RT well. if we lose both light and mankins our Offensive line is screwed. We should not rush rookies into the line. -

yeah, that rookie shut down Freeney last yr, lets not forget. Freeney being one of the best at getting to the QB that says alot. -

Light seems to be at his worst when it matters most. Guy's blowing past him at the most inopportune moments. Volmer was solid. I can't recall a single costly mistake by him AND he could throw wicked blocks. -

I only remember one play in particular where he needed help against Freeney, otherwise he played him pretty well. Its the classic up and coming versus old and oft-injured. -

I'd trade Both Mankins and Light...but for players, not picks, or at least make multiple trades to get players. Pats are going to cut players that are either draft picks, or on the roster last year. Light is prime trade fodder, as is Mankins if they can't sign him...free up their money to extend brady etc. Trade for RB, OLB, OL, and get rid of the overpaid old guys and the fringe older guys. Pick up in their prime guys and let the young guys prove their worth... -

Dont get delusional on me, Vollmer handled Freeney by himself, help was very scarce in that game. -

A lot of times Vollmer's 'help' was watching Vollmer pancake Freeney. Freeney had NO tackles and was totally dominated on some plays. It was great to watch. In Response to Re: Light to steelers?:In Response to Re: Light to steelers? : With lots of help.

Light goes only if the RT spot is ok with Kaczur... not sure about that. The Best Line has Mankins at LG and Vollmer at LT as long as the right side is ok. Otherwise Light is needed at LT so Vollmer can shore up the right side.
That is the one spot on the roster I have no clue which way BB will go. It is a gamble to let Light go now and do you want to gamble at a position that protects the franchise? -

Light can't even hold a $5.99 Dominos pizza sigh right now. Get rid of them both.
