    Manning love.. going crazy!

Another cover (regional) and fairly big article about Manning in SI this past week.  What gives about all this love for a QB, arguably the best REGULAR season QB in the history of the NFL, all because he missed a season?  Yes, he changed teams, so what.  I do not recall any such fan fare or build up for the season Brady came back following his knee injury.  Plus, add the fact Peter King thinks the Broncos will win the SB and ESPN the mag has the Broncos as their #14 rated team in the league and they had the Broncos winning the SB.  All because of one player?!  It is what it is and creates conversation, doesn't it??!!

To be expected - and he did have a great game.  And King's prediction was based on Manning being "close" to normal, and the Bronco's D being improved.  This all remains to be seen, and quite frankly - isn't our game against Denver a lot more interesting with Manning playing well - if he continues to do so?
