Memo to BB regarding Hamstrung players

Maybe they already have one on board but the Pats need to hire a professional Yoga/Stretching instructor and REQUIRE ALL players to do it every day---Whats up with all the Hamstring problems? Also Pilates since it strengthens your Core muscles. With the yoga the focus should be on the legs,(achilles, hammies, calfs), and also the Back, esp. the lower back. Pilates would also reduce the chance of lower back strains--like I said maybe they have one.

I wonder if they are drinking enough. After hearing about Kelly with dehydration issues not drinking enough can easily lead to hamstring issues

You're probably right about that drinking thing. I drink plenty, and never once pulled a hammy.

Its all of the above...  Muscle pulls happen when you go full speed when you are not conditioned to go full speed.  Stretching,  fluids , but also full speed sprinting.  You can't jog around doing walk through and expect your muscles to perform at peak unless you train for that.  Speed training.

Back when Harrison was on the team, the DB's used to run on the sidelines during breaks in practice.  They never seemed to have the hamstring problems that the current group does.

Harrison was smart.  Had a long career because of it.  He should be coaching , not dinking around as dungi's beatch on TV.
