Looks like the old standard value charts, prior to the rookie salary caps. I believe the premium that top 10 picks (especially the top 5) have over the bottom 10 is much bigger now. How much, the teams don't really understand yet. But definitely, these charts don't reflect those changes yet. I'd be surprised if teams still follow this chart.

How long has this chart been in existence? Was it around before salaries got out of hand? Probably provides at least a basis for deals.
