         Lions' coach Jim Schwartz response to the Mangini whine? "They don't understand the PI rules...they're way off base...they don't know what they're talking about, and you can quote me on that." LOL!!!

    I'm liable to lose my license as a football expert because I cannot for the life of me figure out what Mangini did in the game against the Lions. The Browns were on about the Lions 20 yard line near the end of the first half. It's 4th and about 9 yards. They line up for a field goal and then fake it and the kicker throws a pass good for a first down to about the Lions 10 yard line. Then on the next play, they go and kick an actual field goal. Will someone explain that?
