God forbid that ever happen again but there is nobody better than Belichick when it comes to that. Remember when Bledsoe went down, how simple the plays were for Brady? Mostly all safe, dink and dunk, screens, and lots of antwain smith. Once Brady grew more confident they opened things up for him. I think they did the same for Cassel who look horrible in that pre-season. Too many QB's get thrown right into the fire and fail. BB is very good at starting them slowly and building confidence. 

By no means am I comparing any of these QB's to Brady, I'm just saying that they went with what was comfortable and safe at first. I think that really helped in Brady's development into becoming the best in the game.
