I think everyone is a little blind to the fact that the off season shananigans ( need I even mention them) has taken this football team and tirned it upside down on many levels.

The Pats may need more than tough practices to pull out of this in the near future.

Yes.  I agree. Their performance and record this seaso is putrid.  Hopefully the bye week comes soon so they can regroup.

Bad take, READ! The only distractions these guys have on their minds right now is trying to get to sleep while listening for those dreaded footsteps walking toward their room at night, and then that dream shattering knoch that ultimately sends them home. A week in training camp for a wanna be NFLer is like a year in our lives. THEY DON'T even remember who they were when they arrived on the first day! BB and his staff have got these guys so brainwashed thinking FOOTBALL, FOOTBALL, FOOTBALL! and the little bit of identity that they have left to think about themselves is saying "JOB, MONEY, JOB, MONEY!" They performed poorly against the Lions because they had a bad day. BETTER NOW while experimenting with different guys/stuff than during the REAL games. Hernandez and the rest of the "distractions" you allude to are the furthest things from any of their minds, Read!

There's no doubt after Thursday's preseason game againt the Lions there will be some tough practices this week. But history has told us that you can not base one preseason game on what the season record is going to be.

If there is one team that can block distractions it's the Patriots. It's also has to do with coachable players who will listen to what the coaches are saying and focus. We've seen Patriots clean house to those who do not.

I only see one legitimate distraction, troll. Hernandez. And, that's been so distanced at this point, I am not sure I've seen a "distraction" be diiffused as fast as that.

So, no distractions, nor does anyone have a clue why a Pats fan would even come to this conclusion before the season starts.

Sudfeld is in the process of making AH issue a forgotten tragedy (football wise... not disrespect intended). He is preparing himself for a breakout role till Gronk gets back and then we have the best TEs in the league especially when you look at depth behind those two.

Every game the O line plays well will be a BIG day for total yards first downs and points.

No kidding. Note how the mods keep it, but deleted my response (3rd post) above which had nothing in violation in it.

Then, it enables Bustchise to follow me around calling me an idiot and other names, as they don't apply the same board rule to him as they do me.

    Nice huh?

Oh my do I love pointing out frauds and hypocrites. This proves any of my bannings were never legit.

I can name like 5 obvious examples under BB were they blocked out any distractions and the team had a good or great season.

2001 - Brady down in the AFC title game after Bledsoe down in Week 2. Thanks Jets!

2003 - Milloy release.  SB win.

2005 - Bruschi stroke, playoff appearance

2006 - Branch trade, AFC title game appearance and bagjob by refs for Indy.

2007 - Spygate With hunt. 16-0, records, SB loss due to utter luck.

2008 - Brady goes down, Cassel, not having taken a snap as a starter since 1999, helps QB our team to 11-5 record.

2010 - Moss trade.  14-2 season, BB coach of the tear, Brady MVP due to trade of Moss addiction.

2011 0- Lockout, youngest D in the league, SB appearance. Loss due to choking of our two best offensive players.

2013 - Hernandez in jail for alleged murder, diffused, team ready to go for season and will win division again.

I'd say that's quite the resume of removing distractions here.

Only in Queenie's world is releasing a washed up player a "distraction"

Milloy was washed up after going on to Buffao and Atlanta having a few more good seasons?

Yes, his shocking and unexpected release right before the opener was a distraction. NE lost 31-0 and Tom Jackson lied on ESPN saying the players hate BB and that there would be a mutiny in the locker room.

The opposite happened and BB throttled the league winning a SB and well on their way to a dynasty, the only one in cap era history.

Genius. Genius coaching. Your jealousy is delicious.

I loved the story of when BB went in for an interview later that year on ESPN and Jackson went to shake BBs hand. BB threw him an F bomb. Jackson didn't know what to say.

LMAO!!!...completely agree...these guys don't care about DUI's or some whack job who killed people and fooled everyone...they have to earn their rediculously large paychecks and only care about:

1 - savings their jobs, and

2 - surviving this weeks practices which are sure to be BADDDDDD for them after chompin' down hard on the dog bone against the Lions...The Bossman has a history of getting the whip out after uninspired play...don't be shocked if a veteran gets his walking papers just to make a point...he's done it before...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. It would be one thing if Butchise made valid arguements but unfortunately he just like a box of rocks.

    Russ should just ignore him.

Well, I try to, but he follows me, so he'd still be clogging up our board with his nonsensical deflections to troll.

Why can't the mods just ban the guy? They delete my clean comments in threads (like this one) and then enable him to do what he does? How does that make sense?

I think Bustchise might be gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I am not gay.

It's the only explanation why he is angry and follows me around here like that. Pent up closet anger.

I don't think it's got to do with his sexuality perference at all. I just think he knows which buttons to push and gets his jollies off annoying you. But I agree with you that he and others do not follow the Posting Policy and they either should change the policy of enforce it:
