Ughh that was pathetic by the offense. Looks like defense is now the more consistent strength of our team.

Good being shut down on offense now.

Recently it has happens in the playoffs or SB. There is time to make adjustments and get better.

Also good for the rookies to see that losing is a consequence of playing poorly.

Big questions are if the drops, is that a characteristic of this recieving corp, Bradys lack of touch or just bad breaks. If they keep dropping the ball there is no real hope.

Isn't that why we let Welker walk?

Just need to get to the playoffs.  Can't believe the Offense couldn't punch it in from the 1 in four tries!!!

AGCSBill, just a fan havin' fun!!

Look, if the O-line gets owned, you are going to lose. Period.

And, how many passes were dropped?

Just a bad day by the offense from the coaching on down through every offensive player on the team. They looked completely unprepared to play.

The way things were going, I thought BB should have gone for it on 4th. Much easier to go for a FG on the next score than a TD the way it was playing out. Then the downpour made that x10.

    Re: Offense Big FAIL....

You all know the safety support and LB support for a successful screen or  a RB busting through the line was almost non-existent for Cinci. That NE failed to break one or two or 3 long plays (ok Dobson play was one) was bad luck.

If Ridley or Vereen were playing that would have changed. If Bolden caught that screen it also would have changed things and maybe kept them honest.

Teams that sell out and gamble NE cannot get past their loaded front line are rewarded with a very good record against the Pats of the past few years but not without risk and have  needed key absences the NE offense to key playmakers to be succcessful. Yes, you have to have a very good front 7 to even attempt this, but it is a risk worth taking if you do.
