My guess is the Colts. They have room, need and Irsay the tool is currently tweeting like a buffoon.
Irsay said it isn't the Colts.Could the OP provide a source that states what you claim?

nope. all its says is that the Giants expect him to get an offer. sounds like they are waiting for someone to step up with a low ball offer to set the marketplace. i bet they'd love BB to make one of his $5mil offers right about now.
and please stop with the all caps.

I HAVE A FEELING THE PATS MADE THE OFFER, THEY WERE THINKING ABOUT IT BEFORE, WHEN HE CHANGED AGENTS, BUT LYOYD HAS SAME AGENT, SO GUESS WHAT HIS TENDER IS 2.75 MILL.

If it's not Cruz, I have a feeling the Colts will make an offer to or are thinking about Danario Alexander?? Kind of makes sense to me, not sure what other RFA WR other than Cruz could bring that kind of excitement to an owner, don't think Sanders would lol (although I think Sanders in New England would be a solid move).Unless they are trading for a non RFA WR I guess

The Patriots arent going after cruz. The Pats need WR not another Slot receiver.

He is being categorized around the league as a slot receiver, and I am sure that's exactly how teams will treat an offer to him. -

If Irsay is freaking out about a WR on twitter and it turns out to be Danario Alexander...he's an even bigger bafoon then we already thought. I actually think he's a nice player and I wouldn't mind him coming here. But the guy has had 5 knee surgeries already and his own team doesn't even want to keep him. That would hardly be a move for an owner to crow about.
could you imagine Bob Kraft jumping on twitter last week and screaming "we have a new player coming in whose name sounds like areola!" Feel bad for Colts fans.

then those teams wont get him nor use him to his full capabilities...he and welker are different type of receivers

good thinking comrade.. fact is like 2007, i have no doubt bb has something up his sleeve, b it with a larry fitzgerald (massive discount needed) or a trade for a cruz.. i believe he will be in on sonething huge on offense. on defense i see an elvis in our building or a trade for a jared allen! there are many incl moi who believe that ually better as a flanker than a slot guy. just went there for there was a need. when maningham and others went down 2 years ago, he had his best production ever as a flanker. very versatile.

If I'm not mistaken Cruz is an RFA with a 1st round tender. I do not see BB ever making an offer under those conditions for a wideout.
