    Old faces new places

Chan Gailey to Buffalo, Mike Nolan to Miami, Pees to Denver and ???? to New England. Not impressed with any of these moves, but I'm concerned as to why BB hasn't filled the DC job. If Pepper is the "DC in waiting" why is BB letting twist in the wind?

As the memory of our last Super Bowl victory fades so does our patience with the hooded one.

Harley in all honesty I'm not concerned about the name as long as that person gets the job done and gets that D back on track.  I think if they cut ties with a few players, retain VW, Bodden, Tully as rush specialist,  and draft some young studs this D can contend sooner than later.

If Peppers is that guy then give him the job already.  From what I've read he's a very well respected coach but we better get him now or Giants will

Harley you gotta give us more choices, and at least two have to be spoof choices, like Mangini, Borges, Joey Galloway, Rex Banner, Scott Brown, etc.

I agree killa but you can only live on leftovers and reputation for so long.  At some point you need to start producing championships again.

I have every confidence he will.  I just hope it's sooner rather then later since I'm one of those spoiled fans.

I honestly don't really know much about either.  Nolan's resume was OK but not overly impressive, and Obrien wasn't too impressive either.  Whoever it is will probably have some better players for next year and that is the most important part.

I wouldn't mind a "little" shakeup to the system.  Nothing drastic, but some fresh perspective.

Don't try to use logic on me mighty.  I'm way beyond that :^)

Would any one here be surprised if BB didn't let the DC out of the bag just yet? Pepper Johnson is next in line, but nothing would surprise me,I actually would prefer to see BB bring in Jauron, but I don't think that he wants anyone to change the present system. He likes the Defense like it is,he also isn't going to allow anyone to dial up a boatload of blitzes, change means he would have too adapt to a new way of thinking. So we know the 2 candidates Pepper and Patricia, though he copuld surprise us and name Scott O'Brien or Ferentz son the DC...
