I just hope we actually draft 4 out of the 6... you know there will be wheeling and dealing.  I'd also not mind trading a pick for a proven player.

I won't name anybody, but we should draft two DE's, and a OLB that can pass rush, another CB, and big fast WR and a an offensive lineman.

THe funny part is, even though these Mock Drafts are kind of fun, BB NEVER picks who even the experts think he will.

No one picked McCourty and no one picked Mayo as the PATS first picks in the draft. BB picks who HE feels is the BEST PLAYER on the board, regardless of their position. He has said that repeatedly.

No no no! You're wrong. He's going to pick the most popular picks at the following positions in this order:
    DE,DE,OG...

Just kidding. It's fun to play GM and project but in the end we just don't know if these guys can play. Remember Sergio Kindle last year? People wanted to trade  up to get that moron. Only Laz really mentioned McCourty as an option.

Actually BB does not take the best player on the board when they select. It seems as if he has a plyer in mind and has moved down if he beleives that player would still be available - ala Mayo and McCourty....

Otherwise we may have neded up with Gholston and Dez Bryant.

BB will trade down #17, #28 trust me. He wants to shopping at Filene's basement. We won't be getting any marqee players, his ego is in  the way!

These are good picks. The key thing before the draft is what happens in FA/early trades (CBA withstanding).

Who NE goes out and gets will dictate what we do in the draft. IMHO, I think New England will fill one of our glaring holes with players in FA/trades. If we bring in an RB like Ricky Williams and resign BJGE, then we're not going to be drafting a RB most likely. Which then frees BB to pursue more players at OL/DE/OLB. But I'd love to take a chance on LeShoure at RB. He seems nasty.

There are a lot of good FA's available in places of need for NE so it should be very interesting what we do before the draft.
