Miami is making some serious moves this offseason signing Wallace and then Ellerbe. The Pats better start making some moves, otherwise the winning the AFC east title won't be a given anymore.

The Dolphins have a lot of problems to solve...like their running game, ofensive line, cb they need more time to have a division favorite team, there is also the problem with Tannehill lack of experience

They sign Ellerbe but loose Dansby. hard to even say they are winning during Free Agency.

last season they had a pretty good O line... and that was with Jake Long out for a good chunk of the season.. he'll have time. -

Don't worry about Miami. They haven't been relevant since Marino, and signing a few guys to ridiculous contracts won't change that.

Agree. They always play the Pats tough and will easily account for Buffalo and Jests. -

The Pats have plenty of problems as well on the defensive side of the ball and if they don't re-sign Talib then it just got a lot worse. Right now the running game is about average at best and they still don't have a legit deep threat. Deion Branch and Brandon Llyod are striking much fear with any NFL defense. Brady is still the best in the league, but he can't do it all. Eventually, some team in the AFC east is going to catch up. -

Wallace is Brandon MArshall.
Considering the season Marshall had last year, I don't see it as a good thing for the Pats.

Oh, Auntie Em...the sky is falling!!! LOL!!!!Let the 'Fins be champions in March...like the Eagles and Bills were last year, and the Redskins always seemed to be. Drastically overpaying for Wallace and Ellebe is not going to get Miami anywhere.

Those deep routes take time to develop and its difficult to make that completion if your LT is a turnstile.

LOL!! Your initial post is what us uneducated fans do, panic when a "big name" signs with a rival! Hey, the Redskins been "winning" the offseason for years, but how has that worked out on the field?? You also say above the Pats running game is "about average at best" LOL Last year we were 7th in the league averaging 136.5 yards per game!!!! That is much better than "average at best!" Educate yourself before making comments like that! -

Comparing the phins offseason this year to the Bills last year is stupid. Wallace stretches the field with speed and will allow for Hartline's intermediate routes and Bess underneath. Lamar miller will be the running back which I'm fine with because Reggie Bush is about as overrated as they come. I think Martin can handle LT if Long leaves and I heard we are trying to bring in Winston at RT. Advanced stats show Tannehill throws a pretty nice deep ball and the whole offense should benefit with more speed
Ellerbee and Wheeler make our line backing corps faster and they are better pass rushers and the money saved from cutting Dansby and Burnett is a wash. Word is the phins are targeting tight ends and corners and what they don't get in FA, they can look to in the draft
