    Not a joke, just not sure it's legit to be honest. Probably shouldn't have posted it.  It's either Abraham or Freeney with many saying it's Freeney.

    remember around this time last night wiki had abraham as signed with the Pats. and i remember there being a lot of fake Spikes twitter accounts over the past few years that have caused some problems.

    personally i'd rather see abraham than freeney...i think he has more left in the tank based on the past 2 seasons. we cant sign both, not because of the money, but because neither would play on special teams. you need back-ups/rotational guys to play special teams. plus justin francis needs some run.

    I see no Spikes tweet. I also don't know why Spikes would be one of the first persons to learn about a Freeney signing...

     

    He's not in the front office, and from what I know, has no personal connection with Freeney

    On March 16th, 2013, the Patriots signed Freeney to a one year deal worth $2.5 million. Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes tweeted "#itsdoneson!" immediately after the signing.




    The wikipedia link was corrected within 7 minutes of the false "Patriots" update.  How on Earth did you spot it in that narrow timeframe?  Why would you be browsing Wikipedia for transactions?

    Yeah right, he would be one of the last guys to know about it. LOL. 

    So much bs going on out there right now. We should get at least one of the two guys , the defense could be very good next year.
