D definitely bailed out the O tonight.

Offense and special teams made this game closer than it needed to be, but a good team win. Go Pats!

Like I said when the trade was made - Talib improves the D from terrible to decent.

Maybe the media will finally shut up about Gomer and the Donkeys.  The Pats have rookies and subs for subs and are 4-0.

Yeah, because 30 points with the team's best receivers out is not enough scoring.

Gonna ignore the two short fields the Offense and ST gave the D? Gimme a break, a win is a win. BB started playing a soft shell when we had a 17 point lead.

SudfeldStinks doesn't fumble we wouldn't be having a discussion about D bailing out the O.  Or vice-versa.

Good game from both sides of the ball, overall. Mistakes from both, but enough good to win a road game while the O still misses its two best receivers.

Sorry, but the Broncos are lighting up the league right now. They deserve the hype. It's a marathon not a sprint though. The Pats just need to keep improving. It was a good win tonight but it ended up too close because the Pats seemed to take their foot of the gas with about 6 minutes left.

disagree, the D played great tonite. Except for a few plays, 4th down stops, big 3rd and 1 held them outta the end zone. Not the D's fault minus Vince that Sudfeld cant hold onto an onside kick or TB1212 fumbles the ball back to the Falcons.

Even that is not entirely true. They should have qb sneaked it. There was no guarantee they were getting a first down there. Talib bailed out everyone. McCourty for giving up a bomb when he had the better position. The defensive line which got almost no pressure on those last few drives and especially the tight end who dropped the onsides kick and yes for Brady and Wendell for treating a huge play like a couple of rookies.

I agree, but to deny the Broncos their due is laughable. He has 16 TD's and no INT's. They are on pace to crush the Pats 2007 offensive production. They have great receivers and a pretty good defense and mile high is a huge home field advantage. Lets be honest, the Pats are a legitimate 4-0 but they will need to keep improving to beat the Broncos. The Pats started to slow down in late 2007 so I would be shocked to see the Broncos go 16-0 with every win being a blow out. The Chargers and Chiefs have definately improved. The AFC west looks like a pretty good division this year with only the sad sack Raiders holding them down.

Maybe the media will finally shut up about Gomer and the Donkeys.  The Pats have rookies and subs for subs and are 4-0.
