    Patriots vs. Lions Pre-Game Thread

Good test tonight against a young, talented and hungry Lions team. Hopefully the Patriots play well and continue to assert themselves as a top-tier team, while both teams avoid any serious injuries.

Shakier warmup than usual for kicker Stephen Gostkowski. Well short/wide from a long of 55 twice. Did hit from 55 once.

not getting same pressure on this drive. A couple long passes. That's a bit concerning. Hope the pass rush can put it back together like last week

That was the right call. The D player was standing there. That's his space and can't be moved off of it otherwise it's interference on the O. The ball was in the air, so it was a fluky pass inter but it was interference

Until the Pats can show they can handle an uptempo offense, opponents will savage our overmatched secondary.  Brady looks terrible tonight.

I say it for the 10 millionith time.  You can listen or not.  Arrington, Butler, and Willhite is the path to nowhere in the PLAYOFFS where it counts.  Not even mediocre.

Now you safety problems too, Chung and who??????  Serious issues folks,  ignore at your own blinders.

Lions 2nd team dominating the Pats so-called 1st team defense.  1st half a replica of the Pats playoff game vs. the Jets.  Good thing this a preseason game.
