I'm trying to recall a display of worse clock management by Mr. Belichick, but can't....that was reminiscent of Mr. Carroll's tenure as coach.

That whole series was one screw up afetr another
on the coahces and brady. just brains asleep.bb neesds to add 40 sec drive with 1 timeout to his situational practices. that was terrrible.
reminds me but not as bad as obrian in the super bowl mismangeing the clock running off most of the closk on a drive when we needed 2 scores and a stop.

The refs only seem to enforce that against the Patriots - you see that type of throw away all the time and they never call it intentional grounding
That's because it's usually thrown over the head of a receiver in the end zone. There was no Patriot in the same ZIP code as that pass. Right call, miserable clock management.

Any chance the Pat's turn the switch on second half like they did against the bills and just explode.

That's not how it works genius. It doesn't matter why there was no receiver there

Awful clock management by Belichick. Should have kicked the FG when there were 6 seconds remaining.
On another note, I would have liked to have seen Brady absolutely rip into the officials over that last call. Was it grounding? Absolutely. Did Tom know it? Yes. But even if he knew with entire certainty that the correct call was made, he should be out there screaming at the officials, dropping f-bombs left and right, for no other reason than to fire up the team going into halftime.

Not saying it was good clock management - but the truth is that call is a judgement call by the officials there - tell me how many time you have seen that type of play called grounding in an NFL game this year?

They will come out for the 2nd half fired up. It was a tough last drive but it happens to the best of them. Brady's on pace to throw for over 400 yards and the defense is starting to play better too .

He has been making some key-plays today and since the beginning of the season, for that matter. If you think he has been playing poorly, you may want to adjust your expectations.

It is and he SHOULD be benched - bring in Ryan Mallet - that will teach Mr High and Mighty Brady a lesson - might hurt the team though
