Other than whatever the cap hit will be I am glad to see him go.  Could not get separation, no YAC, always falling to the ground after a catch.  They can do a lot better than him.

Adios. Time to bring in Sanders with that saved money. Can add Abraham as well... Maybe even Dumervil. Another CB for depth, along with a talented interior DL.

They were mentioning this deadline and also in regards to Sanders signing his offer sheet as well. It's all strategically tied together some how I think from a Patriots perspective.

  Not happy about the additional dead money on another failed project, but glad to see him go.  Maybe he can join payaton where they can hit the turf in harmony.

not too surprising, but i guess it will be surprising now if they dont get sanders....i guess BB is done seeing the offense fail in the playoffs. good for him.

So after he restructured his contract to give the Pats more cap space,  Brady has to work with a KMart WR corp next year , none of them he had ever played with, has yet to develop timing,  a chemistry or communication,  and we applaud how clever BB is.
