    Heard some of those comments... Basically that jets DL used bad technique that gave Seattle a big advantage on the running game.

    he sounded like he knew something. Can't argue with their d being effective this year... except why the gloating?

    The reason the Jets have struggled on run defense this year is that their defensive line has been bad at maintaining gap discipline and they no longer have the horses at LB to cover up when someone gambles and misses.
